Fatamish was founded in 2012 and was born from the need to express the band’s disagreement with societal norms and their criticism of South Tyrolean society, often with quite a bit of irony. Certainly, their musical style may not be everyone’s cup of tea. With rough guitars, fast drums, a wild and exciting mix of melodic hardcore, punk and metalcore, their sound is without frills and puts their frontman Sebi’s voice right in the center of the spotlight. Fatamish offers authentic and pissed off “umpatrumpa” sound at its finest. By screaming and singing their lyrics in English, German and Italian, Fatamish not only show their multilingual South Tyrolean roots, they also make sure no listener ever gets bored.
